2500 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 2500 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 2500 platform ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for or using any services provided by 2500, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all Terms set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 2500 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful under the applicable laws of their region or country.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register one account only. You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed immediately without prior notice. The 2500 platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm account legitimacy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your account credentials with any other party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Using automation, bots, third-party software, or any unauthorised method to interact with the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts for yourself or others to circumvent limits or abuse the system.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, inflammatory or harmful to other users.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or illegal activity through the 2500 platform.
3. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 2500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Accepted payment methods include FPX (covering all major Malaysian commercial banks such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank and more), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction. The 2500 platform is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, including banking institutions or e-wallet providers. All withdrawal requests will be processed via the method registered to your account, and withdrawals to local bank accounts generally take between one to three business days.
The platform reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification or internal compliance review where required. Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or submit fraudulent payment information will result in account closure and further action being taken.
4. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
The 2500 platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Terms Violation: Any breach of these terms and conditions, including the use of multiple accounts, fraud or unlawful conduct.
- Suspicious Activity: Suspicious transaction patterns or gameplay behaviour indicating system abuse or fraud.
- Unauthorised Information: Discovery that registration information is false, incomplete or cannot be verified.
- User Request: At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.
- Platform Decision: At the sole discretion of the 2500 platform in other cases deemed appropriate to safeguard the integrity and security of the platform.
In cases of account closure due to a violation, the account balance may be subject to review before any withdrawal is permitted. Users have the right to submit an appeal through our customer support channels.
5. Limitation of Liability
The 2500 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, errors or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, 2500 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, loss of profits or business disruption.
Users bear full responsibility for their own gaming decisions. The platform provides the gaming environment only — game outcomes are determined by the game mechanics and are not within the platform's control.
6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, design, logos, graphics, text and software on the 2500 platform are owned by or licensed to the platform. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or repurpose any content without prior written consent.
The 2500 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
7. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
The 2500 platform reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the most current version of the Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 2500 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed void while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
